After it was introduced this technology was optimised together with the members of the MIDI association to create a standard that can be implemented by any manufacturer. This is perfect. Sure, I probably could have cobbled together something with some older tech that I have lying around, but I would have been adding hours to my workflow.

Im going to try the same dump with a midi cable to see.

This product needs power from the midi port, which is very common, but not 100% standard across all manufacturers. The package arrived very quickly.

It"s a little pricey for 1 in and 1 out in my opinion. And then I found this! Maybe in the future! Absolutely recommended, well worth the price. It is powered through the midi port so no external power supply is needed.

As a small innovator the CME team focusses entirely on the development of Bluetooth MIDI technology.
