You will have multiple designers to choose from during your appointment, including Elie Saab, Inbal Dror, and Lian Rokman. I was impressed by the people here. There were at least 45 people in the store, it was quite a disaster!

They were incredibly accommodating and I was able to find my dream dress. I'm very much a jeans, t-shirts, and Vans kinda girl so the thought of going dress shopping was already making me nervous. Also, all of the women working at the time were incredibly helpful, like the manager of the store (Julie?). On my wedding day, my gorgeous and perfect dress that I spent over four grand on, STARTS TO FALL APART.

After the dress came in, we did feel the tone had changed. I wanted a drop waist. because all of the negative reviews that I read. The sizes they made us order were all too big and needed alterations, but I think that is standard practice. The dresses are beautiful but there are plenty of honest people who deserve the profit! But they did everything there all I had to do was go in for the fittings. I wouldn't recommend doing your alterations there unless they are included in the price of your dress (which mine were). It was a first dress I tried and I fall in love with it. She guided me with dresses in my price range and had me stay open in trying on ones I hadnt considered. I went to Panache and spent the whole time there highly uncomfortable.

Also, when I'd come in for my fittings they'd just put the dress in the room and wouldn't help me get into the dress. They have tons of selections, but be careful on the pricing! They have such a broad selection of designers and styles that Im sure anyone can find something here that they love. By clicking 'Send', I agree to WeddingWires Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, After a couple-of-months long search, I finally found my dress at Panache in Pasadena (there are a few locations throughout the LA area). I tried on another half a dozen dresses and ended up going back to MaryLinns the very same day.

I am a reluctant bride who does not like being on display but Griselda and the whole Panache team made me feel so incredibly comfortable and special! The bridesmaid dress experience was lacking from the bridal side, but they do have a wide selection of designer dresses in sizes and colors which is helpful - also in various price points.

They are very busy and aren't helpful if you walk in and want to see your dress. It is the kind of place you want to by your dress from and I was excited every time I went there for a fitting, etc.My dress was beautiful. When I did not hear from them at the shipping date, I called to inquire about the status. The shopping and sales experience was GREAT. After being in contact with my daughters sales person, Erika, the Pasadena Manager, Cecy, and supposedly the store owner, for 2 months over problems related to my daughters dress, we were promised a dress bag which we never received. She not only discounted it for me, she helped with alterations and seriously saved the day. I went and had Autumn as my consultant. They said everything was fine and they would call when my dress arrived. I was greeted by the manager (Cecy) and assistant manager (kristin) and introduced to Katherine my stylist----THEY BLEW ME AWAY. The alterations that were supposed to be completed as part of the "alterations package" were incomplete and rushed. Reagan and Cecee her manager tried saying she thought I was doing the alteration package, but clearly she knew I wasn't because she charged me for just the hem. This one was priced within my budget and the ladies worked hard communicating directly with the designer to ensure my dress would come in on time. While my budget maybe have been much higher than most brides I found 2 gowns that were customizable and I loved. The alterations are perfect. Both the Panache consultant (Valerie) and Ian Stuart Representative (Cliff) were extremely helpful. Everything went smoothly until it came time for alterations. She was patient and not pushy and was understanding that I was hesitant since my mom wasnt present. This is a wonderful store that I would recommend to any of my family or friends who are getting married. I went to Panache because they had the designers that I thought I wanted (Eve of Milady and Ian Stuart). From the moment I picked out my dress, the experience was professional and exceeded all expecations. My sister & I both found our drea Run as far as you can from this place! l salon on The Knot and I am so thankful I went here. for her bubbly personality and ability to find me a few different dresses that made my choice even more difficult. Andthey even forgot I was coming in one of the days. On the second, they needed to do a few inches of hemming and adding bra cups. She was rude and was trying to rush me during one of my fitting appointment. They did their best to try and help at the store and insisted that it was the designer who was making everything take longer.

If I could give this place 2.5 stars and go right down the middle, I would.

- Don't pay for alterations here. For an establishment that explicitly said they write everything on the invoice, the request which was already paid for was excluded from the invoice. I just knew the caliber of dressed wouldnt fit my budget and was nervous to even walk in and browse. When December came around, the dress did not arrive. It was amazing! Why would you say that? This was not the condition I left my dress in and they claim no one wore my dress after I purchased it, but I do not wear self-tanner or makeup on my body and Cecy tried to make me feel like I was the one that got the dress dirty. When I went in on Monday the wrinkle was still there but within 20 mins it was fixed and perfect! I explained to them the basic idea of what I wanted and one of the ladies pulled out a dress for me to try that looked exactly like what I had described. So a week before that 2nd fitting I came to store, just to pick up the dress and "save" it. This person that answered said who told you it was ordered? Makeup=perfect, hair=gorgeous, I open the box. He never asked my price point, and didn't seem to care about me one way or another. I came here today after going to Lovely Bride across the street. My first dress was not ready to be taken home as there was miscommunication with seamstress and employees & my request to add drop sleeves was not completed.

When it was time to purchase though I got cold feet. I could go on and on with all things that went wrong with my experience at Panache in Beverly Hills but, to sum it all up: the customer service was horrible. I'm not convinced their alterations are the most cost effective. you have not tried on gowns before, you really cannot wear much under the dresses if you are going to be able to truly see how they fit and what they are like. It's a beautiful store, well lit and decorated. I proactively called and followed up with Panache's manager on the delivery of my dress and employees did not follow up with me. Nora and team are lovely and knowledgable - they made finding, trying on and buying the dress and accessories fun. I purchsed my dress from the store in pasadena. I rated the service as average because for my last 2 fittings, I had to work with a different consultant, who was not as helpful or as nice (she seemed more concerned about how my fittings could benefit her instead of taking into account my budget). (I ended up having 7). Very personable. I went to Panache after first going to Lovella. after they had left me waiting a whole month they wanted to charge the card the second the dress arrived. They offered to press my veil for the inconvenience. Manya, the salon manager was always friendly. I stepped out of the dressing room and the entire store went silent. The dress required significant alterations while still needing preserve the fit of the bodice design on me from the sample, and Shami immediately knew what needed to be done and was detailed and professional at every fitting. I even got a free Tiara for buying my dress there. Jonathan was a godsend who put up with me trying on probably-too-many dresses, but ultimately helped me narrow it down to 3 particularly good options before I finally decided on the one. She was able to sew it so the holes weren't visible unless you were up close and stared at it. Total 180 experience compared to Lovella bridal. Theyre definitely focused and good on getting new clients and making the deal, but poor in ensuring that brides are given that same attention and care til the end. They have not honored their promise. The selection was a bit limited when it came to the style I wanted. $65 for your cup insertscome on! When Gris was not there she would always take care of me. I hadn't even seen the dressjust left a bad taste in my mouth. I should not have had to fight for. I definately reccomend!

I also worked with Desiree and she was extremely helpful as well. and reasonable packages to include alterations and dress preservation. She will be honest with you and help you find what you are looking for. Staff was very friendly and professional. I got my dress at one of their trunk shows. My Sister got married 10 years ago and got her dress at Marylinn's.

I was hesitant because I had been told that they were pricey and I did not have a large budget. No regrets! She even made my appointment for an hour and a half just incase she needed to do any quick adjustments. She wasn't critical, she let me form my unbiassed opinions, and I chose it. They just want your money. That felt strange since $800 seemed high. Me With barely six months to plan my wedding, I hastily purchased a wedding dress I wasn't in love with. I send an email to Panache to let them know what happened.

Experienced and personable consultants will be on hand to help each client to find their dream wedding dress. Kali helped me during my first appointment and she was amazing! After this place, I felt like I had been to a grimy wedding factory.

However, for as beautiful as I felt and the service I received in the location and well-appointed environment I received it- It was well worth every penny in my book.
